04/20/2013 GhostLight Productions wins two ISES Ohio WOW Awards
CLEVELAND, OH- At a gala awards ceremony presented last night at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, GhostLight principals Deborah Hermann and David Shimp once again garnered top awards! Winning the ISES Ohio WOW Awards for "Best Event with a Legacy" and "Best Marketing and Design Collateral", GhostLight clearly set the bar at this 2nd annual award event sponsored by the International Special Events Society (ISES). The legacy award was given for the outstanding production work of David Shimp for the 9th Annual Into the Light Walk for Suicide Prevention. The best marketing award was given jointly to Deborah Hermann and the design team at Communications Factory for the stellar materials presented for the Inaugural Cleveland Police Foundation Gala held in November, 2012. "We are thrilled to be honored by our peers for work produced in Ohio, and we look forward to both of these events in 2013", says Hermann. "David and I believe strongly in suicide prevention, anti-gay bullying and depression awareness and we know that our work matters, and lives are saved in these areas - doesn't get better than that!"
