CLEVELAND, OH- GhostLight Productions, LLC landed three Cleveland Business Connects (CBC) magazine Connectors Choice award nominations in the second annual competition that recognizes professionals in the corporate events and networking industries. Each nomination came in a separate category out of the total 19. GhostLight's professional team is nominated in the Best Event Planner and Best Staging and Video categories.
GhostLight produced the Neighborhood Centers Association's Six Degrees of Separation, which has been nominated for Best Non-Profit Fundraiser. The event, billed as Cleveland's biggest indoor block party, was held on October 22, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade. The block party, honoring Ruth Addison and Richard Pogue, included an indoor street fair, silent auction, ethnic food stations and entertainment by local youth performers.

ISES Cleveland, of which GhostLight Chairwoman and CEO Deb Smythe Hermann is a founding director, is nominated as Best Networking Group and one of the Best Networking Event nominees is Event Expo 2008 at which GhostLight Productions participated as Presenting Sponsor.
Readers of Cleveland Business Connects will vote online to determine Northeast Ohio's top connectors. The second annual Connectors Choice Awards will be presented on March 4, 2009.
